Kadai Panner Recipe Ingredients Ghee 2 tsp Onion 25gm Capsicum 100gm Cauliflower florets 100gm (Boil it) Tomato 50 gm Coconut milk 30 ml Panner 125 gm Ginger garlic paste Procedure Make a paste of onion, tomato and ginger garlic and keep it aside. Heat ghee in a pan add cumin seeds then add the tomato paste, let it cook until water evaporates then add capsicum let it cook for another 1-2 mins. Now add spices haldi, red chili powder, Garam masala, salt and Kasauri methi add little water and let the masala cook. Now add cauliflower Florets and Panner mix it well. Later add coconut milk and water as per your consistency. Cook it for another 5 mins and you curry is ready. Serve it hot.
