Recipe: Dosa batter Dal -25 gms Rice -60 gms Methi seeds -1 tsp ( soak for 5 to 6 hours ) Now grind it into fine paste. Allow it to ferment 1)Now add salt to the fermented batter 2)In a mixi add 25 grams soya chunks , grind it to fine powder 3)Add the powder to batter 4)Chop onions, green chili ,a pinch of baking soda , add all these to batter and mix well 5)Grease the pan with oil ( 5 gms ) 6)Pour the batter on paddy pan NOTE - 1——-it will take time to cook wait patiently and flip it 2—— dont over fill the paddu pan , just fil 3/4 th of it Coconut chutney recipe Ingredients: 25 gms roasted channa dal Coconut 20 gms Red chilli 2 1/2 garlic 1 to 2 drops of tamrind extract Salt as per taste Procedure : 1)Add all the ingredients and grind it to paste
