I love this saag with daal rice Ingredients Mooli ke patte (Radish Levaes):- 100 GM's (washed and chopped) Mooli (Radish):- 1 small (finely chopped) Ajwain:- 1/2 teaspoon Salt:- As per taste 1 tablespoon of chopped garlic, ginger and green leaves Mustard oil:- 14 GM's Asofetida:- 2 pinch Method:- In a kadhai add oil, once oil is hot add ajwain, now add asofetida and then, ginger garlic and green chillies. Saute till garlic is little brown. Now add your chopped leaves and chopped radish. Mix everything, and cover it with the lid and let it cook for 2 min. Open the lid add salt, mix again and let it cook with lid closed till it's done. Keep Mixing in-between. Note:- You can add turmeric powder and red chilli powder too (I did that) Recipe:-
