Eggless whey pancakes. You can reduce mangoes used in order to decrease the total calories.

Ingredients

  • listcheckOats - 30g
  • listcheckBanana - 50g
  • listcheckMangoes - 100g
  • listcheckMilk - 100 ml
  • listcheckBaking powder - 1 teaspoon
  • listcheckChocolate whey - 1 scoop
  • listcheckButter - 7gm
  • listcheckArtificial sweetener - as per the taste
  • listcheckCardamom - 2
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Roast oats till medium brown.
  • Step-2
    Grind roasted oats, banana, milk, whey , baking powder, cardamom and artificial sweetener(as per the taste) in the mixer.
  • Step-3
    Make pancakes with the batter made. Use butter to grease the pan. The above quantity makes 3-4 pancakes.
  • Step-4
    Serve with mangos on the top. You can also add honey or maple syrup on top if that fits in your macros.
