Ingredients

  • listcheckQuinoa 40g
  • listcheckBell pepper 20g
  • listcheckMushroom 30g
  • listcheckOil 5g
  • listcheckSoy sauce 5ml
  • listcheckSalt as per taste
  • listcheckRed chilli flakes
  • listcheckVinegar or lemon
  • listcheckCarrot 10g
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Pre cook quinoa. I used double amount of water to cook /boil it
  • Step-2
    Heat oil,add mushroom,carrots and sauté for 2 minutes
  • Step-3
    Add bell pepper,salt,chilli flakes and sauté for 2 min
  • Step-4
    Add pre cooked Quinoa ,soy sauce and mix well
  • Step-5
    Cook for 5 min.
  • Step-6
    Add lemon juice or vinegar and mix well.it is ready to serve
