A very handy recipe to include some veggies and protein packed meal under 500 kcal!

Ingredients

  • listcheckEggs 3 whole
  • listcheckRice 60 gm
  • listcheckMushroom 100 gm
  • listcheckPeas 40 gm
  • listcheckOnion 1 medium
  • listcheckTomato 1 big ripe
  • listchecksalt,red chilli powder,corainder powder,jeera powder,turmeric
  • listcheckginge4 garlic paste 1 table spoon
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Add ghee to a pan followed by finely chopped onions and cook until golden brown
  • Step-2
    Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 2 mins
  • Step-3
    Add chopped tomatoes and cook for 10 mins
  • Step-4
    add spices mentioned above
  • Step-5
    once tomatoes are cooked, Add mushroom & peas and cook for 10 mins.
  • Step-6
    Add boiled eggs and serve with steamed rice.
