Quick and Easy to prepare nutritious dosa

Ingredients

  • listcheckRice flour 40 gm
  • listcheckRava 40 gm
  • listcheckCurd 30 gm
  • listcheckCoconut (grated) 10 gm
  • listcheckOil/ghee 5 gm
  • listcheckOnion (half chopped)
  • listcheckGreen chilli (chopped)
  • listcheckCurry leaves
  • listcheckJeera
  • listcheckHing (optional)
  • listcheckGinger (grated, as much required)
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Mix the above quantities of rice flour, rava, curd and add salt as per the taste. Mix it well with water to make a dosa like consistency. Keep it aside.
  • Step-2
    In a pan, add oil/ghee and then jeera, hing and curry leaves. Cook it for a min and then add chopped onion, chilli and some grated ginger and cook in medium flame.
  • Step-3
    When the onion turns golden brown, turn off the flame and let it cool down to room temperature. Once it comes down to room temperature, add them to the previously prepared dosa batter and mix it well
  • Step-4
    Prepare the dosa tawa by brushing with some oil/ghee. Pour the big spoon of dosa batter and give it a round shape. It will be a little thick in consistency so cook both sides.
  • Step-5
    Enjoy instant dosa with your favourite chutney and sambar
