Delicious fish and can be enjoyed with salad and can be enjoyed in lunch or dinner

Ingredients

  • listcheckFish 300 grams
  • listcheckLemon 1 , turmeric 5grams , red chilli powder 2 grams , salt 1/2 tsp , garam masala 5 grams , sambhar masala 2 grams
  • listcheck10 ml oil ( mustard oil preferably)
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Clean and wah fish .. wipe with paper towel
  • Step-2
    Now take a bowl, squeeze lime juice and add all the spices . Mix well and marinade fish pieces well with it .
  • Step-3
    Heat oil in a nonstick or cast iron pan and then fry fish on medium to high flame ( each side for 10 minutes)
