Mushroom Almond Soup
Mushroom and Almond Soup (Vegan) Recipe: Ingredients: 200gm mushrooms 20 soaked and peeled almonds 2 garlic cloves 1tbsp unsalted butter 100ml coconut milk oregano seasoning salt to taste Method- Boil mushrooms and almonds for 5-7 minutes. Blend it coarsely and keep aside. In a pan saute chopped garlic with unsalted butter and add mushroom almond paste along with some water. Bring it to boil and add coconut milk with li'l salt. On a low flame cook for a while. Garnish with roasted mushrooms and add oregano. Serve hot.
