Oats Dal Bites
30 gms oats 30 gms chana dal 1/2 onion salt as per taste 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp roasted cumin powder 1 tsp garam masala powder 1 tsp chaat masala powder few coriander leaves 4 tsp ghee as I have air fried soak dal for 1 hour. grind soaked dal & oats in coarse consistency on thicker side with little water. Add all the ingredients & mix well. Keep in refrigerator for 30 mins. make small or medium sized flat bites. coat in ghee & air fry at 180 degrees for 7-8 mins. can be enjoyed with green chutney or coconut chutney. tip : can be deep fried in coconut oil or olive oil.
