lettuce parsely cherry tomatoes chia seed and salt and pepper and it's happiness. this salad I had when I was in Germany and trust me it's awesome

Ingredients

  • listcheckred lettuce leaf 100 gm
  • listcheckparsley
  • listcheckiceberg lettuce 100 gm
  • listcheckcherry tomatoes 2
  • listcheckchia seeds 3 gm
  • listcheckalmond and cashew 5 gm
  • listcheckolive oil 3 gm
  • listchecksalt as per taste
  • listcheckpepper as per taste
  • listchecklime juice
  • Method

  • Step-1
    chop everything roughly
  • Step-2
    keep it in a large mixing bowl
  • Step-3
    in a small bowl add olive oil, lime juice, salt and pepper
  • Step-4
    airfry or roast the almond and cashew
  • Step-5
    add the olive oil dressing and roasted nuts to the lettuce and tomatoes
  • Step-6
    once it's properly mixed sprinkle some chia seeds on top of it
  • Step-7
    have it and it will be filling also
