Eating soya chunks daily to complete the protein macros is a difficult task for vegetarians and vegans. While little mix & match with different food items can give a good change to your taste buds without disturbing your daily macros.

Ingredients

  • listcheckSooji ( semolina) 50gms
  • listcheckNutrela soya chunks 100gms
  • listcheckSoya milk 100ml
  • listcheckGhee 10gms
  • listcheckSalt as per your tatse
  • listcheck1 scoop plant based protein
  • listcheckRaisins , Almonds, cashews (optional)
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Grind the Nutrela Soya chunks in a high-speed blender.
  • Step-2
    Heat the ghee in a high flame Kadai & add Sooji to it. Roast the Sooji properly till they are slightly brown.
  • Step-3
    Add powdered soya chunks to it Add water & cook it properly.
  • Step-4
    Keep stirring so that the grains don't stick to the pan & are fried evenly.
  • Step-5
    Add salt as per your taste. Add whey protein to it & stir well till the halwa becomes thick. Allow it to cool halwa is ready to it.
