Ingredients

  • listcheckchicken breast boneless 200 gm
  • listcheckonion 1/2
  • listchecktomato 1/2
  • listcheckgreen chilli 2
  • listcheckgreen capsicum 1/2
  • listcheckghee 5 gm
  • listcheckjeera
  • listcheckred chili powder
  • listcheckchicken masala
  • listcheckturmeric powder
  • listcheckgaram masala
  • listcheckcoriander for garnish
  • Method

  • Step-1
    mince the boneless chicken in grinder
  • Step-2
    in pan add ghee jeera and green chilli
  • Step-3
    add capsicum and onion
  • Step-4
    add little bit salt and cover it till onion is little soft and golden in colour
  • Step-5
    add tomato finely chopped
  • Step-6
    add all the dry masala mentioned above
  • Step-7
    once it's raw smell is gone add the minced chicken and salt as per taste
  • Step-8
    mix everything properly
  • Step-9
    cover it nad simmer the gas for 15 mins. keep mixing in between so that it does not stick in bottom of pan
  • Step-10
    add coriander leaves and serve hot
