Ingredients: Broccoli florets (blanched) Baby corn cut into pieces (3 pieces) Chopped Yellow bell pepper Boiled kidney beans (40gm) Spring onions french beans Carrot Garlic finely chopped (7-8 pods) 1/2 tsp soy sauce Mixed Italian Herbs Black pepper Olive oil (8gm) Steamed white rice (100gm) 1 boiled egg Salt to taste Process: Heat the oil in a pan Add the garlic, cook till it turns brown Add the baby corn and stir fry for 2 min Add carrot, broccoli, beans and stir fry for 15 min Add the boiled kidney beans Add salt to taste Add the Bell pepper and cook for 2 min Add half a tea spoon of soy sauce Stir fry for 5 minutes Add half a tea spoon of black pepper Add the spring onions Stir fry for 5 min Done!
