A very quick filling recipe that is a perfect balance for protein, carb and fat , without compromising with the taste. You can enjoy it with some yogurt but as it has a little Chinese tangy flavour to it, I prefer without it.

Ingredients

  • listcheckPaneer - 50 gm
  • listcheckRice - 50 gm
  • listcheckGhee - 6gm
  • listcheckVeggies - cabbage, bell pepper, onion
  • listcheckSoya sauce
  • listcheckVinegar

  • Method

  • Step-1
    Pre cook the rice to make the pulao
  • Step-2
    Take 6gm of ghee and add cumin, chillies, garlic, onion
  • Step-3
    Then add veggies of your choice and paneer along with it . (Keep the veggies crunchy and don’t over cook it)
  • Step-4
    After 5 mins add salt, chilli powder, turmeric , pinch of dhania powder
  • Step-5
    After 2 mins when masala is cooked , add soya sauce and vinegar (one tsp each)
  • Step-6
    Add your pre cooked rice and mix well
