Ingredients

  • listcheck200 ml milk
  • listcheck5 gm almond flour
  • listcheck10-12 gm stevia/truvia
  • listcheckPinch of cardamom powder
  • listcheck20 gm cauli rice ( finely grated cauliflower)
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Take the milk in a pan and boil it.
  • Step-2
    Add sweetener to it and mix well.
  • Step-3
    Add almond flour and stir it.
  • Step-4
    Add cardamom powder and cauli rice and keep stirring until you get the desired consistency.
  • Step-5
    Kheer is ready garnish with 1 almond and refrigerate it to cool down.
