Never imagined soya can interesting until I came across fittr. This community has taught me that any normal boring thing can be made spicy 🌶 interesting if you can think out of the box. This single item will take care of the necessary macros for your meal.

Ingredients

  • listcheckSoya Flour 40 gms
  • listcheckWheat flour 25 gms
  • listcheckOil/Ghee 10 gms
  • listcheckOnion - half
  • listcheckJeera powder, chilly powder, chat masala, salt, turmeric, amchur powder
  • Method

  • Step-1
    If you are using soya beans, use a mixer to make powdered soya flour. I used soya mean and made flour
  • Step-2
    Add the soya flour, wheat flour, finely chopped onion and the masalas and make paratha dough
  • Step-3
    Make them into parathas and enjoy them hot with curd and achaar
