Ingredients : 6 Pack (120g) - Keebler Mini Pie Crust * Dry: - - Dash (1g) - Nutmeg - Dash (1g) - Cinnamon - Dash (1g) - Clove - 1/3rd Cup (9g) - Splenda - 1 Scoop (30g) - Vanilla Protein Powder * Wet: - - 4oz (114g) - Pumpkin - 4oz (114g) - Fat Free Cream Cheese - 2 (~60g) - Egg Whites Topping: - Dash (10g) - Fat Free Cool Whip Preparation : * Pre Heat Oven to 425 Degrees. * Beat Cream cheese with a hand blender or mixer until smooth. * Add in all dry ingredients into the cream cheese and mix. * Add the pumpkin and egg whites and mix till batter is formed. * Pour batter into pre-made crusts and bake for 12-15 minutes at 425. * Drop temperature to 350 for 40-50 minutes. Use a toothpick and test centre to make sure it comes out clean.
