How to make & Soya sambar

Step-1

boil toor dal, soya, potato, carrot, tomato together. I did 3 whistles

Step-2

pour oil as per daily measure mine was 20 gm

Step-3

add mustard seeds, curry leaves,hing

Step-4

add onion, green chilli cook till brown

Step-5

add capsicum or other veggies

Step-6

add masalas as needed. i did not use sambar masala from market. I used home based masalas

Step-7

mix the cooker ready mixture with the seasoning prepared

Step-8

add imli pulp as per taste and add coriander leaves
