Step-1Pressure cook 50 gram rajma.
Once its cooked drain the water and make a paste out of it. Transfer this to a microwave safe mug/bowl(biggest one). Add one scoop of whey protein(preferably chocolate). Mix both well and adjust the consistency which should be like cake batter by adding milk. In the end add a little bit of cocoa powder, pinch of baking power and baking soda. Microwave for 2 mins. It ready to eat.
