Step-1mix together of wheat flour,salt,1 pinch of baking powder and soda to make a smooth dough
Step-2make a chapati and take a tava put one plate of same shape in it.add this chapati on it and cover it with other plate
Step-3take a non stick pan add ghee in it and saute all veggies for 5 mints add spices in it
Step-4To make a sauce boil tomato add garlic and stevia in it and salt and blend it to make a fine paste (add food colour optional)
Step-5now take a plate put semi cook base add sauce in it and all green veggies.
Step-6now add all spices and at last garnish with mozzarella cheese.
Step-7now put this garnish plate on tava cover with other plate.
Step-8after 8-10 mints grilled based pizza is ready to serve.
