50 gms puffed rice 4 tsp ghee 8 tsp erythritol take a thick bottomed nonstick pan. add ghee & erythritol. caramalise till golden brown. add puffed rice. mix well. switch off flame & let mixture cool for few secs. make small balls & enjoy sugar cravings. I got 2 balls from above mentioned quantity.
