Ingredients

  • listcheckwhite rice 40g egg white -5 butter -8 g Veggies ( Beans , capsicum , carrot) -100g ginger & garlic salt & pepper as per preference Soya sauce ( Optional)
  • Method

  • Step-1
    1. Boil 40g rice 2. Take 5 egg white in glass 3. Chop your Veggies in small pieces 3. Heat the pan 4. Put butter then salt & pepper 5. Stir fry veggies 6. Then put egg white & boiled rice 8. Stir them till rice gets little brown 9. serve hot & enjoy
