This is a perfect dessert, when you feel like having something sweet after dinner , one can easily fit it in macros

Ingredients

  • listcheckBottle gourd-100 g
  • listcheckGhee - 5 g
  • listcheckMilk - 50 ml
  • listcheckWhey - 1 scoop ( vanilla / masala milk flavour)
  • listcheckStevia/ erythritol- optional
  • listcheckAlmonds-2-3 ( optional)
  • listcheckCardamom powder- one pinch
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Grate bottle gourd , in long shreds
  • Step-2
    Brush 5 g ghee to a nonstick pan and heat it on a slow flame
  • Step-3
    Add grated bottle gourd ,stir it continuesly
  • Step-4
    Add 50 ml milk , and cook till it is soft , let it cool
  • Step-5
    Mix 1 scoop of whey in water, and add it to bottle gourd Do not add whey directly to hot mixture as it may curdle
  • Step-6
    Sprinkle some chopped dry fruits , cardamom powder ,adjust sweetness with stevia or erythritol
  • Step-7
    Refrigerate it if you like ,enjoyyyy!!!
