Step-11. In a non stick pan, add the Jaggery / sugar and 1/4 cup of water. Let it boil and sugar to desolve
2. Once jaggery is dissolved, add the cardomon pwdr.
3. Then add the almond flour and mix well so that the jaggery syrup is well coated.
4. Add the ghee and mix further until the halwa starts to leave the sides of pan and light ghee starts to ooze out
5. Garnish with the crushed almomds on top and enjoy.
BTW, you can also make small laddos once it is little cooled, in case you are also ladoo lover... 😁🍽
