How to make & Chicken Chukka

Step-1

Sauté cut onion , ginger garlic paste in gingerly oil and add a green cut chilli if needed .

Step-2

Add tomato and cook till smashed well

Step-3

Add a tbsp of water and cover and cook a couple of minutes

Step-4

Add a tbsp of sambhar powder and mix well. Add in cleaned and cut chicken breasts and cover and cook in simmer. Add a tbsp or 2 of water and ensure it doesn’t get burnt at the bottom. Cover and cook and it should be done in 10 mins. Remove the cover and cook in high flame for the chicken to thicken and turn to a yummy Chukka fry! Garnish with a pinch of mixed herbs and dive in 😋
