How to make & ghiya (loki,gourd white)raita

Step-1

cut ghiya in small pieces add some water in it and boiled in pressure cooker for 2 whistle

Step-2

after that cool boiled ghiya and remove excess water properly and mash it

Step-3

blend curd by adding some water in it

Step-4

add mashed ghiya in blended curd

Step-5

add black salt and mint leaves

Step-6

2 glass of ghiya raita is ready
