How to make & Shakshuka

Step-1

1. Heat oil in a non stick pan

Step-2

2. Chop the onions finely and add it to the pan along with crushed garlic

Step-3

3. Saute the onions well and add chopped tomatoes or mashed tomato pulp to the pan

Step-4

4. Add chilli powder, black pepper and salt

Step-5

5. let it cook for about 10 minutes

Step-6

6. Make 4 cavities in this mixture in pan

Step-7

7. Break the eggs into these cavities

Step-8

8. Let the eggs cook in poached style or half fry style

Step-9

9. Garnish with coriander
