Whole wheat pasta with pesto sauce & cottage cheese

Ingredients

  • listcheckOlive oil 5 gm
  • listcheck10 gm garlic
  • listcheck50 gm tomato
  • listcheck15gm sweet corn
  • listcheck30gm whole wheat pasta
  • listcheckCheese cube 1
  • listcheckCrumbled cottage cheese 100gm
  • listcheckCapsicum 30gm
  • listcheck100gm spinach choppped & blanched
  • listcheck25gm basic leaves
  • listcheckRoasted Peanuts crushed 15gm
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Make a puree with garlic, tomato, basil leaves and spinach with salt, green chillies, lime juice and water.
  • Step-2
    Boil and strain pasta.
  • Step-3
    In a pan, add olive oil, add the pesto sauce, capsicum, sweet corn. Toss well and add half of the paneer and half cheese.
  • Step-4
    Add little water, salt, black pepper powder and mix well. Add roasted peanuts and the pasta.
  • Step-5
    Add lime juice at the end. Once done, serve with remaining grated cheese and paneer.
