Homemade and healthy biscuits for your tea time snack. This is a easy, eggless and high on protein recipe. I could prepare 14 biscuits from the quantities mentioned. Total macros of 14: P: 31.1 C: 51.9 F: 13.9 Cal: 457.1

Ingredients

  • listcheckSoyabean granules powder: 50g
  • listcheckWhole wheat flour: 30g
  • listcheckRawa: 20g
  • listcheckGhee:12g
  • listcheckMilk: 50ml
  • listcheckStevia: 15g (or as per taste)
  • listcheckVanilla assence: 4-5 drops
  • listcheckSalt: 1/4 tea spoon
  • listcheckBaking powder: 1/4 tea spoon
  • Method

  • Step-1
    In a mixing bowl add the flours, salt, baking powder and stevia. Mix all of it well.
  • Step-2
    Add ghee (10g) and mix well.
  • Step-3
    Add milk and knead a soft dough. Do not over do the dough
  • Step-4
    Roll it into a cylindrical shape and cover in a foil. keep in fridge for 15-20 minutes so that it gets firm.
  • Step-5
    Take out and cut into pieces. And just brush the remaining ghee on top (optional)
  • Step-6
    In a preheated oven bake it for 15 minutes at 200 degrees
  • Step-7
    Let them cool to room temperature and enjoy!
