Ingredients

  • listcheck10 gm wheat flour
  • listcheck10 gram besan
  • listcheck10 gm soya flour
  • listcheckcoriander leaves
  • listcheck5gm chopped onion
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Mix all the flours together. Add water slowly.
  • Step-2
    Add salt, red chilly powder, garam masala, hing, roasted cumin powder and amchur powder. Add chopped coriander leaves.
  • Step-3
    Add all together, roll into chapatis using parchment paper.
  • Step-4
    Heat a tawa and cook both sides with ghee.
