Step-1Marinate chicken with lime juice, salt, kasuri methi, roasted cumin powder, garam masala, and black pepper powder for 10mins
Step-2In a pan, add ghee, cloves, crushed cardamom. Add onion, garlic, marinated chicken. Mix well.
Step-3Now add the spinach, tomato, curd and mix well & cook covered.
Step-4Add little water, salt and red chilly powder. Cook covered. Add little lime juice once done. Serve hot with rice or chapati.
