How to make & Creamy Avocado pasta with chicken in marinara sauce

Step-1

Boil pasta in boiling hot water ,drain and keep it aside.you can little salt if you want .

Step-2

To make pasta sauce, put avocado, lime juice, salt as per taste,1 garlic cloves, chilli, parsley or fresh coriander , 1 tsp ollive oil in a blender. Make paste and then mix it with boiled pasta.

Step-3

Chicken in marinara sauce - cut chicken breast into small pieces and keep it aside. Cut oinion in to small pieces and mince the garlic. Marinara sauce is a classic quick tomato sauce usually made with tomatoes, garlic, herbs, and onions. Adjust garlic as per your taste.Now in a pan add butter when it is little hot. Then add, minced 2 garlic cloves and onion ,fry a little for 2 minutes.Then add chicken pieces, salt,sautee for 4-5 minutes. Add tomato puree ( home made, make paste from 1 medium tomato) and mix for 4-5 mins.you can add stevia for mild sweetness. Put this on top of pasta mixed with avocado sauce. Garnish with grated cheese ... Your pasta is ready ...
