How to make & Cream of mushroom and chicken soup

Step-1

In a skillet put butter and melt it add chicken, mushroom garlic, thyme, red chili flakes, pepper, salt and sauté them. Cover and cook till chicken for few minutes. Add 50ml water and bring it to boil. Cover and cook till chicken is cooked. Let it cool down.

Step-2

In a blender put all the ingredients and blend it till it becomes like purée. Add water if required.

Step-3

Now take a big bowl and a sieve and pour the purée and with help of a spatula strain it so that there’s no lumps and it becomes smooth.

Step-4

Pour this purée back into the skillet add cream and just bring it to boil. Serve immediately.
