Step-1Roast the oats on low flame or microwave(1.5-2 mins) till becomes little brown
Step-2Add dates( seedless and cut into small pieces) with raisins to oats and mix well
Step-3add peanut butter and whey protein powder and honey to the mixture , now add milk to the mixture mix well till consistency enough for binding them together.
Step-4now spread the mixture over dish and cut into small pieces, dressing done with chocolate syrup( optional)
Step-5allow it to cool in refrigerator nd ready to serve,
I made 50 small pieces from the Mix and 1 small piece is 52.5 cals.
