Ingredients

  • listcheckRolled oats- 250 gm
  • listcheckRaisins- 40 gm
  • listcheckDates-126 gm
  • listcheckhoney-25 gm
  • listcheckchocolate whey scoop-3
  • listcheckchocolate peanut butter-50 gm
  • listcheckmilk- 100 ml
  • listcheckchocolate syrup( optional)- 100 ml
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Roast the oats on low flame or microwave(1.5-2 mins) till becomes little brown
  • Step-2
    Add dates( seedless and cut into small pieces) with raisins to oats and mix well
  • Step-3
    add peanut butter and whey protein powder and honey to the mixture , now add milk to the mixture mix well till consistency enough for binding them together.
  • Step-4
    now spread the mixture over dish and cut into small pieces, dressing done with chocolate syrup( optional)
  • Step-5
    allow it to cool in refrigerator nd ready to serve, I made 50 small pieces from the Mix and 1 small piece is 52.5 cals.
