Ingredients

  • listcheckSoya chunks powder-60 grams
  • listcheckRice-25 grams
  • listcheckBottle gourd -150 grams
  • listcheckGhee-10 grams
  • listcheckBlack pepper powder-1/2 tbl spoon
  • listcheckCloves-4
  • listcheckFennel seeds/ Saunf-1 tbl spoon
  • listcheckDry ginger powder-1 pinch
  • listcheckSugar free/ sugar/stevia according to taste
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Put a pan on a gas at low flame for 2 mins. Add ghee than add fennel seeds, cloves, ginger powder all together. After this add grated bottle gourd , keep it mixing till its color changes to light brown , now add rice & soya chunks powder with black pepper powder. Mix it well , add water 2 cups of water. Cover the top of a cooker & keep it on flame till 2 whistles. Turn off the gas & keep it for 5 mins. Now open the cover & serve. Enjoy.
