Ingredients

  • listcheckwheat flour 80gm
  • listchecksoya chunks powder 40gm
  • listcheckgarlic 5gm
  • listcheckbutter 10 ml
  • listcheckoil 10 ml
  • listchecksalt 1/4 tsf
  • listcheckchili flakes 1 sachet
  • listcheckoregano herbs 1 sachet
  • listcheckcoriander as per taste
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Girne soya chunks and make powder
  • Step-2
    mix it in wheat flour, add salt and 5ml oil to it and make dough. rest it for 10 min.
  • Step-3
    take 10ml butter at room temperature, crush garlic cloves and mix it in butter, add chili flakes and oregano herb.
  • Step-4
    make dough ball, and role a big roti. spread butter garlic paste and sprinkle chopped coriander on it. you can make lachha paratha or simple triangular paratha with it using oil.

    have it with chutni or sabji whatever u like.
