If you love pizza then switch to eggizza in order to watch out the nutritional value 😍 Recipe: Eggizza base 4 eggwhites + 1 whole egg 4-5 tbsp of powdered oats Salt n pepper 1 tbsp milk Eggizza sauce 2 large tomato puree 1/2 onion finely chopped 1 garlic pod minced 1 tbsp brown sugar 1 tsp red chilli flakes 1 tsp Italian herbs or oregano Salt as needed 1/2 tsp pepper 1-1/2 tbsp olive oil For toppings 1 cup sliced or cubed veggies (capsicum, onion, tomato) any other of your choice 1/2 tsp Italian herbs or oregano, red chilli flakes Mozzarella cheese (optional) {not used in my eggizza} Preparing sauce Heat oil in a pan, saute garlic and onion until they turn slightly golden brown. Add tomato puree, salt and sugar. Cook till the sauce thickens. Add herbs and pepper. Set aside to cool. Topping- stir fry veggies and add seasoning if required Making eggizza In a non-stick deep dish pan brush few drops of oil and heat it well. Pour the eggs mixture and spread it properly. Cover with lid to cook for a min on a low flame. Once the base is partially cooked, spread the sauce evenly and layer the veggies, paneer cubes. Sprinkle seasoning and chilli flakes, again cover with lid and cook for another 3-5 mins on a low flame.
