Step-1Soak moong dal for 2 to 3 hrs.
Step-2Grind the moong dal into fine paste( no water to be added)
Step-3Add salt, chilli, finely chopped onion in the batter
Step-5Take 60 gm of paneer ,add salt chilli powder and mix it well
Step-6Heat nonstick pan , 2 to 3 drop of ghee on pan and pour the batter and spread it,let it cook for 2 to 3 mins ,once cooked flip it and cook the other side and fill the stuffing of paneer and add small pieces cheese and fold it and let it cook for 1 min
Step-7Paneer cheese stuff chilla is ready, it’s yummy and filling
