Ingredients

  • listcheckPaneer 60 gm
  • listcheckCheese 50 gm
  • listcheckGhee 5 ml
  • listcheckSoaked moong dal 30 gm
  • listcheckOnion 20 gm
  • listcheckGreen chilli one
  • listcheckSalt
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Soak moong dal for 2 to 3 hrs.
  • Step-2
    Grind the moong dal into fine paste( no water to be added)
  • Step-3
    Add salt, chilli, finely chopped onion in the batter
  • Step-4
    For stuffing
  • Step-5
    Take 60 gm of paneer ,add salt chilli powder and mix it well
  • Step-6
    Heat nonstick pan , 2 to 3 drop of ghee on pan and pour the batter and spread it,let it cook for 2 to 3 mins ,once cooked flip it and cook the other side and fill the stuffing of paneer and add small pieces cheese and fold it and let it cook for 1 min

    Paneer cheese stuff chilla is ready, it’s yummy and filling
