Mix besan with curd, add salt and stevia as per taste. Add little water to adjust the consistency of batter.
Pour the batter in mould and put in steamer for 15 mins. Here I used idli stand as steamer.
Heat the oil, add mustard seeds, sesame seeds, green chilli, kadi patta. Add little water and 1-2 drops of stevia, let it boil a little. Pour the tempering on khaman. Enjoy the yummy khaman Dhokla.
