Clean the palak and boil it with the ginger and green chillies for a few minutes (you can also use puree with raw palak). Drain the palak (reserve the water) and grind to a paste. Soak 1 cup Rice, 1 cup Moong and 1 tea spoon Methi seeds for 4-5 hours...Grind it..Add salt, onion pieces (if needed) and palak paste. Check consistency and add cooled drained water or normal water to make a smooth dough loose enough to make dosa. Heat a non-stick tawa, apply a little ghee on the tawa. Make yummy and healthy dosa!! 😍❤
