Ingredients: 100g chicken breast 80g cooked white rice 1 small onion 1 small tomato 1 green chilly Half a lemon 1 tsp garlic paste and a little less ginger paste 1 tsp coriander powder Red chilly powder Turmeric powder Garam masala, whole Garam masala powder Salt to taste Coriander leaves to garnish Procedure: Wash and cut the chicken into pieces of choice, marinate with salt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic-onion-red chilly paste and all the powdered spices and set aside for 30 mins Heat ghee in pan and put some jeera and whole garam masala, when it’s fried put the marinated chicken and cook till the water dries. Now put the cooked rice and stir and cover for around 5 mins. Garnish with coriander and serve. I also added to boiled eggs as per macros. Though in the macro count above, I have not mentioned the boiled egg macros.
