1. Whole wheat pizza base ( English oven)
2. Pasta sauce (20g)
3. Mozrella Cheese 50g
4. chicken breast 200g
5. Chopped capsicum 50gm 50g onion
Air fryer or Oven required
1. Preheat The oven or air fryer at 160 degrees for 5 min with Whole wheat pizza base ( English oven).
2. Take out the pizza base and spread Pasta sauce (20g)
3. Throw half of the Cheese before putting Chopped veggies
4. Then put chicken breast 200g & Half of cheese again
5. Put in the oven or air fryer for 20mins .
