Step-1Tear the rotis in small pieces. In a nonstick pan, add half the ghee and fry the rotis.
Step-2Take out the rotis in a blender, add 1/4the milk, add chopped mango pieces (keep some for garnishing) and blend well.
Step-3In the same nonstick pan, add ghee, roast cashews and add milk. Put in low flame and let it thicken a bit. Now add the roti & mango pulp in this. Mix really well for a few minutes.
Step-4Add stevia/sweetener as per choice. Now add mango essence drops. Stir well. In the last step, add the chia seeds.
Step-5Take them out in a bowl and freeze them for 10mins. Take it out, add remaining cashews and mango. Enjoy your dessert!
