Ingredients

  • listcheck2 eggs
  • listcheck100 gm chopped mushrooms
  • listcheck2 gm peanut
  • listcheck5gm onion
  • listcheckButter 3gm
  • listcheck3gm green peas
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Beat eggs in a bowl. Add salt & pepper.
  • Step-2
    In a nonstick pan, add the whisked eggs, onions, mushrooms, peas and mix well. Add salt & pepper.
  • Step-3
    You add peanuts at the end. Add chopped coriander leaves if required. Toss this well and consume with bread toast/baked rotis.
