How to make & Sambhar with 2 ingredients

Step-1

boil dudhi in pressure cooker then after cool down make a purée

Step-2

temper oil and add spices including curry leaves

Step-3

add tomato purée , cook for 2 minutes

Step-4

then add dudhi purée and sambhar masala along with water . make a consistency as per your choice

Step-5

garnish with coriander and it's ready to serve
