How to make & Banana Whey Smoothie

Step-1

Take 75 gm of banana, 50 gm of curd, 1 scoop of whey (preferably banana Whey cream flavour), ice cubes and some water in a mixture jar

Step-2

Blend the mixture for 2 minutes
