How to make & Egg curry

Step-1

Boil eggs & it will take 10min.peel them & slit the white portion of egg

Step-2

Take 10g ghee and fry eggs

Step-3

Once eggs are done.Add cumin,kasuri methi and puréed tomato and cook for 1 min

Step-4

Add salt,turmeric and Kashmiri Lal Mirch and cook further for 2-4 min

Step-5

Add fried eggs and mix well in gravy

Step-6

Add remaining 5 g of ghee and mix well

Step-7

Add water as per gravy required and. Cook at low flame for 5 min

Step-8

U can add 1 tsp cream for some creamy texture if allowed in ur macros

Step-9

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with rice/roti
