Step-1In a pan, add oil, put cumin & mustard seeds. Let it splutter, add curry leaves. Add onion and garlic.
Step-2Now add chillies, soaked dal, red cabbage and tomato.
Step-3Add salt, red chilly powder, coriander powder, dry mango powder and cumin powder.
Step-4Mix these well and toss for a few mins. Dont overcook them. They should be crisy.
