  • listcheckOlive oil 3gm
  • listcheckChillies 2-3
  • listcheckCurry leaves 3-4
  • listcheckRed cabbage chopped 150gm
  • listcheckChopped tomato 40gm
  • listcheckGarlic 5gm
  • listcheckOnion 25gm
  • listcheckMoong dal 20gm
  • Method

  • Step-1
    In a pan, add oil, put cumin & mustard seeds. Let it splutter, add curry leaves. Add onion and garlic.
  • Step-2
    Now add chillies, soaked dal, red cabbage and tomato.
  • Step-3
    Add salt, red chilly powder, coriander powder, dry mango powder and cumin powder.
  • Step-4
    Mix these well and toss for a few mins. Dont overcook them. They should be crisy.
