Okay, now let's be honest, khakhras can be considered one of the lightest snack. But eating the same "no-masala-oil-free-light-weight-paper khakhra" can be boring sometimes. Also, if you miss dahi puri and sev puri, this recipe is a healthier option to it as well!💕

Ingredients

  • listcheckPlain khakhra
  • listcheck1 cup dahi
  • listcheck1 tablespoon sugar
  • listcheck1 tablespoon green chutney
  • listcheck1 tablespoon imli ki chutney
  • listcheck1 cup veggies of your choice (corn, capsicum, carrots, onion, tomatoes, peas, cucumber or even paneer)
  • listcheck1 cup sev
  • listcheckSalt and chaat masala
  • listcheckHandful of coriander
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Take a bowl and mix curd and sugar nicely. You can also use powdered sugar if it is available. Dissolve the sugar completely.
  • Step-2
    Assemble the veggies and add salt and chat masala to it. Mix well.
  • Step-3
    Take 1 khakhra, spread the sweet curd on it. Add green chutney to this and spread well.
  • Step-4
    Next add veggies as toppings.
  • Step-5
    Add imli ki chutney on top.
  • Step-6
    Garnish with sev and coriander and serve!
